Chun Blue Strata Yunomi
A generous sized yunomi that could be used for anything from matcha to cocktails. The chun blue crawled and broke here, the glaze doing things I couldn't have predicted or repeated. There's more tension in this surface, more evidence of the fire. I held it for a long time when I opened the kiln. It's the kind of piece that asks something of you.

Wheel-thrown dark stoneware with brown slip, wax resist, and chun blue glaze, fired to cone 10. Part of the Chun Blue Strata series; surface variation is determined by the kiln. 4" tall, 16 oz capacity. Food safe, dishwasher safe. Ships carefully wrapped within 5–7 days.
